Lance R. Bryce, MD

General Surgery

Dr. Bryce has been married for 25 years to his wonderful wife Shellie who was born and raised in and around Burley, Idaho.  He grew up on a cotton farm in Arizona and help his grandmother when needed with her herd of registered Brangus cattle.  Him and his wife are proud parents of 5 children and now a wonderful son in law and daughter in law. He enjoys spending time with his kids hunting, attending sporting events, country music concerts, and hanging out watching movies at home.  They are all so excited to be a member of the medical team at FCMC!

Education and Training

Dr. Bryce attended the University of Arizona Medical School and completed his surgical residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.  He has spent the last 11.5 years as a general surgeon/trauma surgeon.  The last 10 years he has served as a trauma medical director.  He has served on the Utah State Process Improvement Committee and has been a trauma site visitor as well.  He is also an active member of the SWAT team and has served as  the medical director for EMS.
