FCMC Sponsors an annual Health and Wellness Expo, which includes "reduced fee" blood screening, computer health-age analysis, massage therapy and prevention in eating disorders. Over 50 different health related booths are a part of the Expo, along with the popular "Teddy Bear Med". This is a place where children can bring their stuffed animals and learn about all of the different departments in a hospital. A "Kids Korner" is included which makes this event a family outing. Some of the booths featured fingerprinting and photo I.D.s, Head Start info, balloon artist, "Got Milk?" pictures and the convincer.
Tours for all organizations, school age children, medical students, etc. are conducted here at FCMC. We request that arrangements be made at least one week in advance to set up tour. Almost any department at the facility can be toured, and tours can be tailored to meet your needs.
