Services
Skilled Care
Providing a variety of services in the
privacy of your home helping to promote recovery.
Our team of professionals may include:

Services must be ordered by your
physician; you must require a skilled care: and if Medicare, you
must be considered home-bound to receive these services.
Our Agency is Medicare and
Medicaid Certified and accepts private insurance.

A program devoted to loving
care, generally provided in the home or the home of a loved one, of
those with terminal illness.
Hospice offers physical and
emotional care to the patient and their family. Our team
approach involves many disciplines coordinating care with the family
for the comfort of the dying person.
Care provided by a team
consisting of:

Volunteers
Social Workers
Spiritual advisor
Dietitian
Occupational, physical and/or speech therapists as needed |
Bereavement services provided up to one year following death.
Eligibility:

Personal Care Services
Helping Hands of Certified Aides
Providing services that
will help people remain in their own homes rather than being placed
in a nursing home or other institutional care. This program is
for adults, children with physical or developmental disabilities and
the elderly.

LIFELINE
Personal Alarm System
Can be installed in any home. One push of a button on your
waterproof pendant gets help on its way. Our monitoring center
receives a coded message that allows immediate review of your
profile information and takes predetermined steps to dispatch help
right away.
This service helps you or a loved one to
continue to live safely at home, independent and secure.
