Our Board of Trustees

Thedora Peterborg, Chairman - Preston

Thedora Petterborg graduated from Preston High School after which she married and raised their five children. She worked at Preston High School as a secretary for 18 years and then another 10 years part-time for Idaho State University at the Outreach Center in Preston. Her opportunities for volunteer work have included working in the auxiliaries of her church and being a member of the Preston Rotary Club and the Preston Chamber Of Commerce. She is very happy to be serving on the FCMC Board of Directors.

Thane D. Winward - Vice-Chairman, Preston

Mr. Winward graduated Cum Laude from Utah State University with a degree in Accounting.  He has operated his own accounting firm, Thane D. Winward, CPA, in Preston Idaho since 1983.  He donates freely of his time to many charities including the Boy Scouts of America, The Miss Franklin County Scholarship Pageant, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, are some of them.  He also has served on the Board of Directors of Franklin County Medical Center for many years.

Sid Titensor - Preston

Mr. Titensor received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University in 1974.  He is President of Valley Implement Company, Inc. in Preston and President of Valley Implement Company & Irrigation Company LLC in Logan.  He serves as President of “Direct Vector Aero” LLC in Logan, Utah.  He has served his community through the Boy Scouts of America for 11 years.  He is the current Chairman of the Franklin County Library Board and has served there for 11 years also.  He now serves as a member of the Franklin County Medical Center Board of Trustees.

Paul Campbell

Paul Campbell attended Utah State University followed by a career in agriculture. He and wife Shelley have seven children. Paul has served on the Weston City Cemetery Board, the Weston Creek Water Board, Weston City Council, Franklin County Commissioner as well as many years of service in his church. Paul has always had a keen interest in Franklin County and enjoys serving on the FCMC Board  of Directors.

Gerald Clifford Cole

 
Gerald is married to Kathleen and they have five children and 16 grandchildren. He is a farmer, rancher and presides in Cub River, Idaho. Gerald is very active in both community and church. Former positions include: ASC chairman over the Conservation Water District, President and Commissioner in the Franklin District in Scouting, Vice President and Commissioner in the Boy Scouts Trapper Trails Council and Farmer Of The Year in the 1990's. Gerald has been involved with Eagle Scouts Projects putting up signs in the county for address and county entrance, and is currently a member of the war memorial commission. He is active in the LDS Church stake and ward leadership
